VIRTUAL TRAINING AGREEMENT

The Student Acknowledges the following:

  1. First, the student must complete the online course to receive the online course completion certificate.

  2. The student must send the online course completion certificate to info@scv-cprtrainingcenter.com.

  3. The student will contact us via email or phone to schedule their skill assessment test.

  4. The CPR/BLS card will be delivered electronically after completion of the Skill assessment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

PRICING AND REFUND POLICY

The initial sign-up fee is 50% refundable if the student does not open the eLearning course. If the student opens the course, no amount of refund is available. Students can then complete the eLearning course on their own time, and the training center can help the student locate an in-person skills session to complete certification.
